This weekend in Irving, TX six members of the Texas Upsilon chapter attended the Carlson Leadership Academy. The Brothers in attendance were William Lambson, Patrick Cinelli, Charlie Sinclair, Jack Douthitt, Mason Ezell, and myself.

This is an event that is host by the national SigEp Organization. Brothers from chapters all across the southwest region of the United States. This Event brings together Brothers from all over the country.This event is usually held in Oklahoma and was moved to Dallas this year. 

This event spanned two days and was filled with numerous events, meetings, and ceremonies. Each of the Executive officer that was in attendance worked with Brothers from many other chapters to learn new things, help others with their own difficulties, and work to make SigEp the most prolific it has ever been. 

From this event we hope to improve out leadership abilities, innovate new ways to give back and help others, and to create new avenues of outreach.
